| Nature of Appointment | Contractual, in the cadre of Deputy General Manager (DGM) |
| Remuneration | Rs. 35 Lakhs per annum (all inclusive). Remuneration will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and shall be negotiable with the selected candidate. |
| Leave | 12 days of Casual Leave (CL) per calendar year. Proportionate CL if the contract starts mid-year. Un-availed leave will not be carried forward. |
| Other Facilities | TA/DA, mobile, and laptop facility as per entitlement for a DGM Scale officer. Rail/Air travel entitlement as applicable for DGM Scale officer. |
| Termination of Contract | The contract may be terminated by either party by giving the other three months' notice. |
| Superannuation Benefits | No superannuation benefit shall be applicable. |
| Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure | The appointee must furnish a confidentiality and non-disclosure undertaking in the prescribed format on stamp paper of requisite value at the time of joining. |
