Essential educational qualifications, experience, and credit points as per Schedule ‘E’ of the NIT Statute (Gazette of India, 24th July 2017). | As per Schedule ‘E’ of the NIT Statutes. Experience at Assistant Professor level with Academic Grade Pay ₹6000 or ₹7000 (Pay Level 10 or 11) is required as per MHRD letter dated 27th October 2017. Part-time, teaching assistant, or visiting/guest faculty experience is not counted. Regular experience of more than six months in eligible institutions/organizations will be considered. |
