Posting and Tenure
Selected candidates are posted at Great Nicobar Island for the gas engine based power project on a fixed-term basis for 1 year, extendable by up to 2 years based on need and performance. Posts are transferable to other NTPC locations. Besides the monthly pay of Rs. 71,000, company accommodation or HRA, a retention benefit and medical facility for the family are provided.
